RFQ Details

We are interested to manufacture such types of cable:

UTP Categoty 5E, 6, FTP Categoty 5E, 6 in solid performance.

Telecommunication (security - alarm) cable
Note: type of cable stranded

Equipment also has to have a possibility to produce cable not only in standard, but also in Non standard performance of conducting wire. Producing process of cooper cable has to consist of complex line, which performs next stages:
1. Producing of isolated wire: drawing+annealing of conducting wire, insulation with PVC, PE LSZH with possibility of laying lengthwise colour lines on the insulation with help of the press and co-extruder.

2. Manufacturing of cable:
- twisting of isolated wires into pairs;
- twisting pairs into cored wire;
- putting jacket at the cable;
- putting of polymeric tape, screening
- putting of colored marks at insulation with help of co-extruder
- packing of cable into bays, rolls.
